Trumpenfuhrer contemplates election law changes
The Trumpenfuhrer has heard your concerns about the Electoral College and has sent out the call for possible reforms. Ultimately three proposals reached his desk.
The first would have replaced the Electoral College with a system wherein your vote would be weighted based on your intelligence. Although the Trumpenfuhrer was quick to remind his consultants that he is "very, very smart," he felt that this proposal was a dead end because it would have empowered "the eggheads in the Establishment."
The second proposal would have weighted your vote based on a formula that would take into account the amount of income tax you pay and your years of military service. The Trumpenfuhrer was quick to point out that this proposal was unfair to those, such as him, who had suffered from bone spurs during their youth, and also unfair to those - again, such as him - who had so many deductions to take advantage of.
The third proposal was that the country outlaw elections and simply declare the Trumpenfuhrer dictator-for-life at once. Perhaps unsurprisingly, it was this proposal that the Trumpenfuhrer sent to Congress for ratification.
And by ratification, we do of course mean rubber-stamp.
